I'LL CROSS THAT BRIDGE WHEN I GET THERE

Life and death are as certain as each day's sunrise and sunset.  Emotions of anger, denial, bargaining, and grief are normal when talking about life’s losses or changes.

Today's fears of the unknown are intensified by memories from a previous loved one's death or tension at a funeral. Hidden or unresolved conflicts now feel like an uncontrollable river that floods its riverbanks.

Stop.  Breathe slowly.  Awareness of a decision is a first step towards peace.  Today may not be the day to decide.   So, choose to cross that bridge when you get there.
